GLOW STUDIO FAQs


  • When does GLOW STUDIO open?

    We are open every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. As sessions are by appointment only, please check our booking calendar here for the latest availability.
  • Where is GLOW STUDIO?

    GLOW STUDIO is located at INUF Breakfast Club TST Store, please check in at 21/F and #TeamINUF will lead you the way.
  • Do you take walk-ins?

    Aura photography sessions are strictly by appointment only. Please check our booking calendar for openings here.
  • Can I book an aura photography session months in advance?

    Online bookings are released for one month out. A confirmation email will be sent to you after an appointment is acknowledged by the system.
  • What is your cancellation / refund policy?

    If you wish to cancel your scheduled session, please call us at 39040390 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations or no shows on the actual day of your scheduled treatment may incur a 50% charge for each session. You might transfer the session to a friend if you cannot make it to your scheduled session, but please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. A full refund to your credit card on PayPal will be settled within 14 business days for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Can I reschedule my session?

    Absolutely - If you wish to reschedule your scheduled session, please call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service.

  • Can I take a portrait with more than 2 people in couple session?

    We can only accommodate up to 2 people per session.
  • Can INUFUN be earned for Aura photography session bookings?

    Yes! INUFUN will be issued on the day when you’ve checked-in at INUF Breakfast Club TST Store at 21/F and after your aura photography session. Simply present your INUFUN Membership mobile pass at the cashier counter. TeamINUF will scan your personalized QR code in your pass and your INUFUN will be automatically recorded in your account.
  • Can I bring my child for a single or couple session?

    We are happy to accommodate children ages 12+ for aura photography session.
  • Will there be any aura color analysis reading?

    Sorry, there won’t be any professional aura reading analysis from us at the moment.
    You, however, will go home with a detailed reference card that indicates the significance of different colors and compositions of the energy field.
  • Can I take photos and videos in your GLOW studio?

    Photography and videography of any kind is prohibited in the studio.
  • What happens if I arrive late?

    To ensure every guest enjoys their full experience, we follow a strict schedule. Please note that sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if you are 15 minutes late or more, and the full service fee will still be charged. For minor delays, your aura self-analysis briefing may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time.
  • I booked a Single session, can I bring a friend?

    You are more than welcome to bring one friend along for the vibes. However, to fully immerse yourself in the energy and enjoy a more focused, meditative experience, we highly recommend attending your session solo. Please note that the photography service will only be provided to the person who booked the session. If your friend decides they would like their own instant photo taken, we recommend booking in advance or calling us at 3904 0390 to check for special arrangements. Last-minute add-ons may not always be possible due to time constraints.
