INUFUN Membership is a loyalty program that allows you to earn INUFUN, enjoy special perks and privileges at TST Store and inuf.com. INUFUN members enrolled into the Program will be assigned to a tier, either Earth, Venus, or Pleiades, based on your in-store and online purchases made on/after March 3, 2021.

Simply create an account for free at the INUFUN Membership Program page. You will have to be above the age of 16 and have a legit HK-registered mobile phone number to create an account.

*Please note that the email and phone number that you used to register an INUFUN Membership account will be the one to receive our promotional notifications once you’ve activated the subscription channel on the account page.

Online - The INUFUN will be automatically registered in your account as soon as your online purchase is processed and confirmed by us.

In-store - Simply present your INUFUN Membership mobile pass at the cashier counter. TeamINUF will scan your personalized QR code in your pass and your INUFUN will be automatically recorded in your account.

TeamINUF will scan your personalized QR code in your pass and your INUFUN will be automatically recorded in your account.

Your tier is determined based on your spending from the first day you joined INUFUN Membership and over a 12-month period. Items you purchase in store and online, including gift certificates, #INUFSkinSpa and #INUFNailSweetNail bookings will also contribute to your spend.

For instance, you sign up for the membership on Aug 8, 2021, you are automatically assigned to the EARTH tier for 12 months, i.e. until Aug 7, 2022. Once your accumulated spend hits to the next tier (either VENUS or PLEIADES) within the period, you are automatically upgraded to the next tier for another 12 months. Such upgrade will happen on the day your accumulated spend hits to the next tier.

*In the event your INUFUN Membership Program starts on a Feb 29, your tier status is valid until the Feb 28 in the coming year.
*If any of the purchases are made with discount, your INUFUN will be equal to the exact purchased amount.

Once you’ve signed up for INUFUN Membership, you gain access to a personalized dashboard on inuf.com with all the details about your tier status, the benefits that come with it or your progress toward the next tier.

Your INUFUN will expire after a 12-month period from the date of tier issuance or status upgrade/renewal – regardless of the membership tier you are at.

For instance, if you earn 500 INUFUN on Mar 5 2021, and 250 INUFUN on Nov 11, 2021, your INUFUN total of 750 INUFUN will expire on Mar 4, 2022.

Your VENUS and PLEIADES status will be downgraded if you do not hit and maintain the requested accumulated INUFUN (of 10000 INUFUN for VENUS, and 60000 INUFUN for PLEIADES) over a 12-month period, from the date the status becomes valid.

Your EARTH status will never expire.

Example:
If you hit VENUS on Aug 8, 2021, you’re locked into VENUS status until Aug 7, 2022.

• If you wish to maintain VENUS status after Aug 8, 2022, you’ll need to accumulate your INUFUN of 10000 over a 12-month period i.e. within Aug 8, 2021 to Aug 7, 2022.
• Your VENUS status will be downgraded to EARTH if you do not maintain the accumulated INUFUN of 10000 over a 12-month period i.e. within Aug 8, 2021 to Aug 7, 2022.

We will alert you of your perks by sending them to you by your registered email or SMS. Some of the benefits are available at your personalized dashboard - e.g. a coupon code for your birthday double INUFUN.

At this time, we cannot combine any INUFUN Membership accounts in any circumstances. INUFUN is also not transferrable. To maximize your benefits, we urge you to shop under one account only.

Your INUFUN will not be deducted if your order is returned for Store Credit. However, do note that INUFUN will not be earned for the purchase amount paid via Store Credit.

To participate in INUFUN Membership Program, you must have an INUFUN Membership account. Promotional codes you receive as part of the Program are subjected to the terms and conditions, these codes may not be used to apply discount towards previous purchases, purchases of gift certificates, taxes, duties, or shipping (unless otherwise specified). All promotional codes are personal to you, they have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred or shared with others. Unused promotional codes cannot be reissued after expiration date.

We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue the Program or these policies and FAQs at any time. Participation in INUFUN Membership Program by commercial customers or purchasing for resale is not allowed. If you decide to join again, unfortunately, your tier level and INUFUN total linked to your previous account will be lost once you terminate your account. You’ll have to begin at EARTH tier. So make sure you have thought long and hard before leaving!

Absolutely - If you wish to reschedule your scheduled session, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service.

We can only accommodate up to 2 people per session.

Photography and videography of any kind is prohibited in the studio.

Yes! INUFUN will be issued on the day when you’ve checked-in at INUF Breakfast Club TST Store at 21/F and after your aura photography session. Simply present your INUFUN Membership mobile pass at the cashier counter. TeamINUF will scan your personalized QR code in your pass and your INUFUN will be automatically recorded in your account.

Aura photography sessions are strictly by appointment only. Please check our booking calendar for openings here.

If you wish to cancel your scheduled session, please call us at 39040390 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations or no shows on the actual day of your scheduled treatment may incur a 50% charge for each session. You might transfer the session to a friend if you cannot make it to your scheduled session, but please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. A full refund to your credit card on PayPal will be settled within 14 business days for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
