Arrival Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing experience and allow time for a consultation regarding your treatment expectations, we recommend arriving ahead of your scheduled session.

Recommended Arrival Times:
・ INUF SKIN SPA @ TST Flagship | 30 - 40 minutes prior
・ GLOW STUDIO @ TST Flagship | 5 - 10 minutes prior
・ INUF SKIN STUDIO @ 9UF Shop | 15 - 20 minutes prior
・ INUF GROUNDING STUDIO @ 9UF Shop | 15 - 20 minutes prior

To respect the appointments of our next guests, late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment time. A full service fee will apply.


Bookings

All appointments must be confirmed via our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is acknowledged. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred session. For special treatments not listed online, please call TST at +852 3904 0390 or 9UF at +852 5667 6057.


Health Conditions

Please inform us when making your reservation of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

(Effective April 1, 2026)
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to ensure a seamless schedule and the smoothest experience for all our guests.

・ Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
・ No-Shows: Cancellations or no-shows on the day of treatment will incur a 50% charge for each scheduled service.
・ Refunds: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 14 business days.
・ Transfers: You may transfer your session to a friend if you cannot attend; please notify us in advance.


Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning, our studios will be closed for safety.

・ Affected appointments will be cancelled automatically.
・ Our team will contact you once operations resume to help reschedule your session.
・ No fees will be incurred due to extreme weather.


Gratuity

A 5% service charge will be added to your final bill. This goes directly to your therapist as gratuity. Additional tipping is at your discretion.


Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.

After Care
To continue your #INUFSkinCare and #INUFSpaFromHome experience, most products used in our treatments are available for purchase. Please consult our team after your session.



CO² Scalp Care & Hair Regeneration (Plus+) Package

Treatment Validity Period
・ 4-session packages: Must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
・ 8–12 session packages: Must be completed within 24 months from the date of purchase.
・ Any remaining treatments not completed within the validity period will be void without refund or extension.

Package Policies
・ Non-Refundable: This package is final sale; we recommend completing all sessions for best results.
・ Location Specific: TST and 9UF packages are sold individually and are not interchangeable.
・ Rescheduling & Cancellation: Must be done 48 hours before the appointment time. Late changes will incur a 50% charge of the treatment's single price.

Booking & Membership
・ Bookings are released on the first day of each month.
・ Appointments are subject to availability. Please book via your confirmation email link or WhatsApp.
・ INUFUN points will be added to your membership account within 2 weeks of purchase.

General Notes
Treatment types cannot be changed. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. INUF Breakfast Club reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
