We recommend that customers arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This allows us to explain our session with you, as well as allowing you to tidy up yourself before the photo session. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. A full service payment will be charged for late arrivals as well.

Bookings

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred session and service is available.

Health Conditions

Please inform us when making your reservation of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your scheduled treatment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations or no shows on the actual day of your scheduled treatment may incur a 50% charge for each treatment. You might transfer the session to a friend if you cannot make it to your scheduled treatment, but please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. Gift Certificate value is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your treatment session, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuables within your direct sight or at home.
