Heat Therapy – Warm in microwave or oven in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat: Can scorch or catch fire!

Cold Therapy. Wrap the herbal pack in a towel and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

To help keep your herbal packs clean, place a thin cloth between the pack and your skin.
