Why do we manufacture our products in China?
When we started looking for manufacturers, we were absolutely sure we wanted to produce Soft Gel Capsules capable of containing Liquid ingredients. This pertains to the bio availability of our capsules and ensures a fast absorption in the digestive system.
There were no manufacturers in New Zealand or Australia that could offer this technology at this time.
From our research we found that Shandong Yuwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a GMP certificated facility had the machinery and introduced the technology we needed. I asked for some samples to be produced and sent to Australia. They were just what I was looking for. Glenn ( Toniks Pharmacist ) and I then took a trip to Jinan for a factory inspection and to meet the managers and production team. We were both very impressed with the complete operation, certifications, product quality and personnel.
Our ingredients are sourced internationally and we are continually monitoring quality and availability and work closely with the Research and Development and Production Teams at Shandong Yuwang Pharma.
We are stocked in the likes of Selfridges in the UK, Sephora in Australia & NZ and many high end stores in the USA, there has never been an issue as to our manufacturing or location of and we do hope there will be no further issues here.
