Bring deep resonance and mindfulness into your daily ritual. The Incausa Tibetan Singing Bowl is hand-hammered by traditional artisans using time-honored alloy formulations to produce a rich, complex overtone. Forged in the Himalayan tradition, its pure, grounding acoustic vibration clears your space and centers the mind—making it a beautiful anchor for meditation, yoga, or everyday peace.

1. Before starting, please find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. And take a deep breaths to calm your mind.
2. Place the bowl on the palm of your hand or you can support it with your fingertips. Please remember that do not let your fingers touch the sides of the bowl, as this will dampen the vibration and mute the sound.
3. There’re two ways for using, you can either striking or rubbing the Bowl.
4. The Striking Method is the simplest and most common method, perfect for beginning and ending meditation sessions.
(i) Hold the mallet and gently strike the upper one-third outer rim of the bowl at about a 45-degree angle.
(ii) Use moderate force, like striking a bell, and quickly withdraw the mallet after impact to let the sound resonate.
5. The Rim-Singing Method produces a continuous, singing drone (overtones) that is excellent for deep relaxation.
(i) Gently strike the bowl once with the mallet to "awaken" it and create an initial vibration.
(ii) Immediately hold the mallet vertically and press it firmly against the outer rim of the bowl. Using the movement of your entire arm (rather than just your wrist), rub clockwise around the rim with even, slow pressure.
(iii) Keep firm contact between the mallet and the rim. If you hear a rattling or chattering sound, you are either moving too fast or not applying enough pressure. Slow down and press a bit harder.
